The lobby looked abandoned, giving off a vibe of neglect that no amount of friendliness from the staff could mask. And the extra fee for being just slightly late? So petty. I almost considered a good review until I realized they didn't even offer complimentary water or pastries, just a faux warm welcome instead.

The location is perfect, just a short stroll away.

Arriving was a nightmare due to the lack of communication and no receptionist present. We struggled to enter the building, feeling like it was abandoned, only to be let in by a resident.

The personnel was helpful and excellent, and the host too. There were central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen TV in the room, liked that. The bed was comfortable; and there was walk-in showers👍🙂

I stayed in a Junior Suite with Terrace for 2 nights. The place was sparkling clean, and Lisa, who handled breakfast, was super nice. The balcony. It's a quick walk to downtown and just overall an amazing spot!

Our place was perfect for what we needed.

Would be happy to recommend this place and would like to stay longer. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was MARVELLOUS and everything was amazing. Excellent location in the heart of the town, and the rooms were modern and brand-new. The bathroom was exceptionally clean here. Location: the hotel was close to the main attractions, and ferry. Besides, it was 2 km away from a modern mall.

The location was magnificent and incredible, for example, a wide-ranging museum was relatively close to the hotel. Moreover, it's adjacent to old town as well as the coast. We stayed in a suite and truly enjoyed a perfectly clean bathroom.

Perfect spot in Sorrento!

The location was so convenient! Just a hop away from shops and eateries. The room was clean and comfy. We loved the outdoor dining area for breakfast, such a nice touch! Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit hit or miss. It added a great vibe to our trip.
